Vitrius is the working title of an unreleased game. Development is paused while the project lead finishes two other projects.
Goals
- Persist online player personas, and aid players in their quest for true, worldwide fame.
- Construct an exciting, dynamic, beautiful and intellectually-stimulating game.
- Solve fun and scary puzzles.
- Blast bad guys.
- Pull players away from massively multiplayer games, which by nature reward neither social skills nor critical thinking.
- Create a new genre of online play similar to, but strongly different in execution from, MMOs.
- Serve a true casual gamer atmosphere without resorting to instancing. This particular goal may seem overly specific for a front-page item. It is included in here as a tease for hardcore gamers as a hint toward the attitude of our development team DNA.
